Week 1 Day 1

I never thought I'd be in this situation, being at my latest weight now but I am. It's been 2 months since the last time I worked out. Went back to working out again.

I thank my best friend Lesley for introducing me to P90X program it seriously kicked my butt. I was already sore from the first day but pushed myself to finish it. I also did P90X Plyometrics, AB Ripper X, and Cardio X. Dead!


I seriously cannot sit down. My thighs, hamstrings, and butt are so sore.

Today is Day 1.
